Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Services
MSMEBridge.ai provides loan and subsidy support services for MSMEs, including eligibility assessment, document preparation, bank file making, submission support, and follow-up. Our services are advisory and facilitative in nature.
2. No Guarantee of Approval
We do not guarantee loan approval, subsidy sanction, or any specific outcome. Final decisions rest with the respective banks, financial institutions, and government agencies. We work to maximize your chances through proper file preparation and follow-up.
3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and genuine information and documents. Any false or misleading information may result in rejection of your application and termination of our services. We do not prepare or submit false documents.
4. Fees and Payment
Our fees are discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Fee structures may include fixed fees, success-based fees, or a combination. External charges such as bank processing fees, government fees, stamping charges, and legal/valuation fees are not included in our service fees and are payable directly to the respective agencies.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and documents. Information is shared only with relevant banks and agencies as part of the application process, with your consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for any losses arising from loan rejection, subsidy denial, delays by banks or government agencies, or any other factors beyond our control.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In case of termination, fees for work already completed are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual Property
All reports, documents, and materials prepared by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a license to use these materials for the intended purpose.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through mutual discussion first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
